Biographical details
Mr. Wagner is a founding partner with the Law Firm of Wagner & Finn Attorneys At Law, P.C. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at the Saint Francis University Graduate School of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. For approximately 20 years Mr. Wagner taught employment law, employment discrimination law, as well as workers compensation. Mr. Wagner has served as a Hearing Committee Chairman for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is former member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Currently, he is a member of the Workers Compensation and Employment Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice in workers compensation and employment law. Mr. Wagner has been selected every year from 2006 through 2023 as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®

Mr. Wagner is Past President of the Board of Directors for the Blair Regional YMCA. Currently he serves as Secretary for the Blair Regional YMCA Board. He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Altoona-Sunrise, where he is a two-time past President and a current Board member. Mr. Wagner is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Southern Alleghenies Services Management Group. Previously, he was a Board member of the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society. Mr. Wagner resides with his wife, Chrissey, in Hollidaysburg, PA

Biographical details
Mr. Finn is a founding partner of Wagner & Finn Attorneys At Law, P.C. Mr. Finn is a 1991 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the Woolsack Society and Appellate Moot Court Board. Mr. Finn focuses his practice on workers' compensation law, labor/employment law, civil litigation, business and real estate law, and wills and estates. Mr. Finn is currently a School Board Director for the Bellwood Antis School District and is President of the School Board. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Blair County Big Brothers Big Sisters for over ten years and is a former President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Blair County. Mr. Finn is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association. Mr. Finn is also a member of the Workers' Compensation Section and Civil Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Finn is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit. Mr. Finn has represented hundreds of individuals and businesses during the course of his legal career.
